Instructions for baking Empanadas


 1. Preheat oven to 400 (380 for convection ovens)

2. Place egg-washed* empanadas on parchment paper lined baking trays.

                    -  do not thaw before cooking

3. Bake for approximately 24 mins (start keeping an eye on them at 20 mins). When they are a light golden brown, they are ready.

*egg wash: whisk one egg and brush onto Empanadas after they're arranged on the paper. Thanks and enjoy!
