  1. Preheat oven to 400° (380° for convection ovens).

  2. Place empanadas on parchment paper lined baking trays directly from your freezer. Do not thaw before baking. Optional: brush with a simple egg wash.

  3. Bake for approximately 18 mins, rotating them 180° halfway through. Start keeping an eye on them at 13 mins. When they are a light golden brown, they are ready.
